1. Reservations & Cancellations

Table reservations are confirmed via email. For parties of 6 or more, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a fee of 250 NOK per person. We may share your contact details with our partner concierge services only if you opt in.

2. Dietary & Allergies

While we handle allergens with care, our kitchen uses nuts, gluten, and dairy. Please inform us in advance about severe allergies. Velvet Ember is not liable for allergic reactions.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including photographs, logos, and texts, is the property of Velvet Ember and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velvet Ember shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or dining experience.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
